aMule beendet sich selbst nach dem Start

Hi Leute!
Ich hab ein Problem... Bis gestern lief amule noch wunderbar ohne Probleme. Ich habe das Programm normal beendet und mein SUSE 10.0 normal ohne Probleme heruntergefahren. Heute Morgen will ich amule starten, was ja auch klappt. Jedoch beendet es sich von selbst nach ein paar Sekunden...
Kann mir jemand helfen?

P.S. Ich kenn mich noch nicht so gut aus mit Linux, also bitte ich euch um ausführliche Erklärungen  :P

Hallo Scoooby!

Kannst du bitte mal eine Konsole öffnen und dort amule eintippen um aMule zu starten?
Dann schreibst du hier rein, was er für Meldungen ausgibt.

nein, ich habe nichts geändert. wirklich rein gar nichts. Gestern Abend amule ordnungsgemäss beendet und SuSe heruntergefahren, heute Morgen SuSe gestartet und amule geöffnet und gleich beim öffnen tratt diese Spinnerei auf...

also irgendwie werd ich nicht ganz schlau draus.... ich kann wxgtk gar nicht updaten.. er sagt mir ich hätte schon die aktuellste version drauf....

mach mal als test eine kopie von deinem .aMule ordner

mv .aMule .aMule_bak

und starte aMule neu, damit werden alle einstellungen usw resettet, dann stell mal alles wieder neu ein...vielleicht bis auf dem automatischen server.met update oder ipfilter.dat update was du hattest...

eines von beiden hattest du bestimmt
und schau ob es dann tut

btw wenn du deine credits usw retten willst

kopier aus dem backup

clients.met, cryptkey.dat und preferences.dat in das neue .aMule verzeichniss

ok danke. hab es zwar schon wieder von (hand/maus) eingestellt. mache solche sachen lieber selber, dann weiss ich auch, ob er alles so übernimmt wie ich es will  :D

kleine frage nebenbei: wozu die credits retten? was bringt das?  ?(
