Yeah, that's it. aMule's Wiki just hit the 2,500,000 article reads milestone, and now heads for 5m ;-)
With more than 500 'real' articles and translations available in 12 different languages it has become not only the official aMule documentation source (press 'F1' key on aMule 2.1.0 to go directly to the wiki) but also one of the top and most reliable eD2k and Kademlia sources on the net, as confirmed by Google.
Thanks to all those who have/are/will contribute to aMule's wiki (almost 500 registered users already), specially translators and all administrators. And may we all wellcome our latest translator (russian) and administrator: Treplo.
Also big hot special thanks to "The MAN": deltaHF. Thanks to him, not only aMule's wiki is possible but also bad times are gone and spam in the wiki is no more a "real" problem. Allthough we still have a wide list of blocked users and IPs (around 600 currently and still increasing), the new captcha technology has reduced the amount of spam to something meaningless. Of course, thanks (again) to all those who gave ideas and revealed experiences at the forums about how to fight against spam in wikis.
And last, but not less important, thanks to all those who read the wiki (around 10,000 people daily), since it is you who encourage the wiki's development.
Happy aMuleing and happy wiki-ing to all of you!
