Have no clue what to do.

Hello.
I just downloaded aMule, opened it up and have no idea what to do from there.
I have Mac OSX 10.4.4
Sorry not really used to this.
Please help me.

Check out the Readme file that came with your download.  There's some helpful information in there.  :)

Have a look at the including readme file, particular the section about how to get started... :)
