I just grabbed the new file and translated some parts of it - 390 messages are transled, but there are still some 374,which need to be translated. So should I post the file now or when it is 100 % translated ?

post the current one and the other one after it's 100% translated .. then we have a partial translation what's still better than 0 :)

I've just downloaded and compiled 1.2.5 with the Bulgarian translation, but when I started it all I saw was  @ and some other chars instead of cyrillic ones.I checked the .po file and saw that it is encoded the way it should be :
MIME-Version: 1.0\n
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n
X-Generator: KBabel 1.3\n
And all my translated programs' po files are encoded that way and I don't have any problems with them.My locale is bg_BG and when I changed it to bg_BG_utf-8 it didn't work - the program showed its messages in English.
Do you have any ideas how to solve the problem ?
