amule 2.1.0 non va

allora salve,
avevo amule2.1.0 con mandriva 2006 x86-64 e funzionava poi mi è venuta la brillante idea di combiare il browser in preferenze e non è partito piu.
ho cancellato la cartella .amule e ho riconfigurato il tutto ora non parte piu mi apre una finestra che scompare dopo un secondo dove dice che è il primo avvio e c'è una nuova versione e che posso andare nel forum.... e varie cose. ho provato a premere ok ma non va, nel task c'è il divieto di accesso disegnato.

casualmente ho scoperto che da root parte e da user normale mi da il task sopra descritto.

cosa diavolo è successo?

c'è un problema con le librerie wxGTK, prova aMule-2.1.1 e le librerie wxGTK 2.6.2 il problema dovrebbe essere stato risolto  ;)

mi serve un serio aiuto che sono nel pallone.
prima mi funzionava amule e ora non va piu.
mi serve un aiuto passo passo.

Inanzitutto prima di cominciare con il nuovo aMule devi fare quanto riportato qui sotto:

Go to RPMDRAKE -> Remove Software, and search for wx. Select wxBase, wxGTK and wxGTK-devel and remove all of them from your computer. If your computer doesn't find any of them, it just wasn't installed, so there's no need to remove it ;)
Make sure you uninstall all wxWidgets, since it could happen that more than one version is installed.
Dopodiche segui questo howto su come compilare prima wxGTK (wxBase non serve, tralascia quella parte) e poi aMule.
E' importante la prima parte, cioè la rimozione di tutte le librerie wxGTK e del pacchetto aMule già installato  ;)

ho rimosso tutti i wx, segui i passaggi come dice how to:
# tar -jxvf wxGTK-2.6.3.tar.bz2

Controlla nel gestore dei pacchetti di mandrake se hai installato gtk+- e i suoi sorgenti altrimenti selezionalo ed installalo  ;)
E' molto più probabile che sia già installato in qualche locazione non di default per cui devi passare al configure la locazione corretta del pacchetto.
Prova a postare quello che ti restituisce:

Come pensavo mancano le gtk+-, cerca nel sistema di gestione pacchetti di applicazioni di Mandrake e installa le gtk+-  ;)

il pacchetto lib64gtk+2.0_0-devel2.8.3-4.2.20060mdk è installato compreso lib64gtk+2.0_02.8.3-4.2.20060mdk, ho scoperto che avevo installato i pacchetti per i586, ho messo i pacchetti per 64bit ora provo
per quanto riguarda il poast inglese non avevo visto che c'era la sassione Ita  :))

Scusa ma questo è un errore di compilazione di aMule, ti ricordo che prima devi compilare le wxGTK (la cui dipendenza è libgtk+2.0_0-devel) e poi aMule  ;)

Vedi è tutto un problema di directory che nelle distribuzioni cambiano a piacere (per questo le odio  X( e le ho abbandonate tutte quelle che non mantengono le directory standard  :rolleyes:), per cui devi ricercare dove si trova il file xrender.pc (prova con locate) e passare al configure la directory  ;)
