completed downloads cannot be removed at the 'Downloads' tab at rGUI level.

You mean, they go away when you clear them, but are back next time you start the remote gui? That's a known problem.
Or something else ?

When files completed they disappeared when closing then reopening the rGUI, now they complete and stay there in the Downloads tab and you can't get rid of them

Fixed in 10070. Now files finished before the gui connects aren't shown anymore. Files finished after the gui connects are still shown, and can be cleared.

My goal is to show all finished files after startup, then allow to clear them, and not show them again after the next startup. But I would need to touch locked files for that.
