More than 100 connections (SVN rev. 10764)
« on: February 26, 2012, 05:44:57 PM »

Hi again Amule Team!  :)

Maybe it's a bug, or maybe not, but when I have the "old" amule (SVN rev. 10758)
that behaviour don't happen.

My amule, graphic compilation, say that he is managing more than 100 connections
simultaneously, because on the connection graph I can see the line always on the top.

I am using:

System:
Code: [Select]
uname -a
Linux maria2 3.0.0-16-server #28-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 27 18:03:45 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Amule SVN rev.: 10764

To configure the build:
Code: [Select]
./configure --enable-optimize --enable-cas --enable-wxcas --enable-alc --enable-alcc --enable-xas --enable-geoip --enable-mmap --enable-fileview --with-zlib --enable-ccache --enable-debug

Exit of configuration command:
Code: [Select]
Configure script has finished system check.

I am using the gdb in order to run the amule.
Just if you want something more accurate in order to make the trace back...  ::)

Are you using trunk or Asio branch?
And I don't understand your exact problem, please explain.
Connections graph is always limited to "100". If connections exceed 100 they get scaled and the text changes to "Active connections (1:2)".

Sorry, but I don't know... I just update the amule folder with svn update, I didn't configure anything...  :-[
How I can know?  :-\

And I don't understand your exact problem, please explain.
Connections graph is always limited to "100".
If connections exceed 100 they get scaled and the text changes to "Active connections (1:2)".

The problem is that the graph didn't get scaled and the text appear like "Active connections (1:2)",
but I can't see the line of the actual connections. (Always on the top of the graph)

Better explained?  :)

If you didn't explicitly switch to the branch you are still in the trunk.  :)

I'm pretty sure there wasn't anything between 10758 and 10764 that could have caused such an effect. Does it go away after restart?

So you might have limited the connections to 200?
