I have a network monitor that tell me the true speed of download and seems tha amule-gui goes fastest than my speed limit. I have a 1,2 Mb ADSL and sometimes the download speed is very high 300Kb, other times amule-gui speed is 50kb and network monitor says that the real network download speed is about 30kb.
I have noted this bug also in CVS version prior to 2.0.2.
