Hi,
sometimes happen that

WARNING: A file with that name already exists, the file has been renamed
but the renamed file is saved into
dir and not the one set to the category files belogs.

I do. When a file is to be completed on a category folder, if there is already a file with the same name, it gets saved in incoming instead of the cat. folder. right?
