« on: August 20, 2006, 03:08:39 AM »

Hi everyone

Somebody know what means this error?

2006-08-19 13:11:13: ServerUDP: Received invalid packet, protocol (0xc7) and opcode (0x97)
2006-08-19 13:11:13: ServerUDP: Received invalid packet, protocol (0xc7) and opcode (0xa3)

In my aMule 2.1.3 use as TCP port the 48640 and the UDP port is 48650

In addition my firewall this deactivated but in my router the tcp, tcp+3 and udp ports are oriented correctly

My system is Mac OS X version 10.4.7

Have a nice day

My guess is that one of the servers that you queried for sources send you a broken packet or so. Unless you get a lot of those messages or you don't get any sources for files, you probably don't have to worry.

Hi lionel77

I have one of these errors between 12 and 24 hours, an answer of Kry is that it is a process of the debug in aMule and that I can ignore without worrying.

The problem is that when the aMule gives this error the speeds of transference lower to zero, I lose the connection with the peers and the aMule puts the download in "Waiting"

Why?

It seems like you're losing your connection to the server when this happens, although I don't know why.  Does your ISP disrupt your connection once per day?

When this happens and you lose all of your connections, does reconnecting to the server fix the problem?
