Files need to be
hashed before they can be shared or after they've been downloaded, to check integrity. You cannot disable this unless you don't share anything and don't download anything -- but then why using aMule?
It's a one-time procedure, thus if a file has been once hashed aMule won't re-hash it again unless you change the file.
