Why would you search by md4 sum?
You can only search by md4 sum and size. It's called "ED2K link".

but how can I do it.
for example:
I have a some shared (by my amule) file with a some file id. I can watch a value of that id and copy it.
After it I'm doing a next change in the search tab of amule:
ed2k:that id (example ed2k:52c8b922af7517bda3bf018a4662d043) and press enter - nothing.
notice: in search options i set options "search on local" (local radiobutton). not global. I have that file that shared with amule but amule can't see files that hash was created itself.
a blank window in the search face.

A some files in edonkey "network" have incomprehesible names. I want to know a normal name of some file. I have a some file from some series (pack) with that a strange name. I'll want to know name of some file. To set a value of md4 hash in search window of amule and watch a name variations of that file (hash).
This is what I mean.

Hmm. You can see the different file names of your sources while you are downloading, but I think you can't see the names of already downloaded files anywhere. But you should have had enough time for that during the download.

that net have property be give content with slow speed and I usually download around ~50 - 200  files at one time. A some files be stand for all (aren't downloaded) it's the property of ed2k queue also. And I don't know when that peace will begin to work (are downloaded). not wait in the world me when that files begin to download that I can to watch a some piece of that file and understan - that files nedd for me or not need.
So I send all search reasults to download queue and after some time (day or two days) watch that files and delete around 99% of "spam".  1% have "adversting" names. Often the long names. I thank that I can to define it's with md4 searching.
A second variant - create a gif file from piece of some file (video) and post it on some tracker portals. requests on trackers. rutracker, pornolab etc. But it's a null variant. ~5% of luck.
If md4 searching is one that's noit better than second one so I give up..  Nonsense names is sucks.

To see the names others have for a particular file it doesn't necessarily need to be actually downloading, it has to have sources. So if the source count for that file is bigger than zero, you can see the (possibly) different names of that file in the File Details dialog.

Be warned, that you only see the names your sources know. The more sources you have for that file, the more names you can see.
