Manually add a server
« on: July 28, 2004, 06:44:57 PM »

Just installed the latest OS X client and tried to add a server manually.  The log indicates 'Please enter a serveraddress'

I placed a description in the Name field, a valid IP address in the IP field, and a valid port number in teh Port field.

Any suggestions?

I got it working by creating a staticservers.dat in the .aMule directory.  I typed in the static server I wanted and relaunched aMule.

But now there is a new problem....

Under the server list it shows a 'Failed' column.  Under this column it continues to count upwards that it fails even though I'm connected to the server and have a highID.  Any suggestions as to get the failed counting to stop?
