aMule 2.3.3 released
« on: February 08, 2021, 01:26:13 AM »

It's been a long time. There were several plans to make a release, all delayed for some reason. But time has come, finally. A new release. The beginning of a new time.

If you were following the development, you should be familiar with the new features, otherwise you can read some highlights on GitHub, or read the full changelog on the wiki.

For the impatient, go to our SourceForge page and start downloading.

Hi there!

I've just downloaded the app on my MacBook Air with M1 processor, but I'm not able to make it run. There is an icon which shows a prohibited sign and it says that the file is damaged. What can I do then?

Thanks a lot for your help and work.

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04LTS. I used "configure", "make", and "sudo make install", to compile.
When I run amule, it terminates after a few seconds with these messages:

(amule:608477): GLib-CRITICAL **: 19:10:41.690: Source ID 436 was not found when attempting to remove it

(amule:608477): GLib-CRITICAL **: 19:11:37.256: Source ID 965 was not found when attempting to remove it

(amule:608477): GLib-CRITICAL **: 19:11:38.194: Source ID 1131 was not found when attempting to remove it

(amule:608477): GLib-CRITICAL **: 19:13:50.109: Source ID 1880 was not found when attempting to remove it
Terminated
