ups

well usually your temp dir is inside your homedir
so its

/home/username/.aMule/temp

but it could be a problem if your username contains non-unicode chars.

maybe create a folder on your system, and place new temp files in there...and also change the path in amule-prefernces to this new spot.

maybe you can use the finder to find the already created ".met" files..just search for it.

The folder .aMule is hidden and therefore not shown by the Finder. To go to the folder, do "Go->Go to Folder" in Finder (or simply hit Shift-Apple-g) and then enter "~/.aMule" and click "Go".

The Shift-Apple-g shortcut also works in any open/save/choose folder dialogs. So hit Shift-Apple-g when choosing a Temp folder in amule and go to "~/.aMule". There you can choose folder "Temp" to make amule use the default temp folder again.

Hope this helps. :)

Brigadier, the normal value for the Temp directory preference setting is: /Users/yourusername/.aMule/Temp

For example, my username is "ken" so my Temp directory is: /Users/ken/.aMule/Temp

stefanero was almost right, but Mac OS X uses "/Users", not "/home".

Once you reset that value, you should quit and restart aMule.  Then, all of your downloads should reappear.
