You may need to be a little bit clearer in the description of your problem.  What do you mean by "it disconnect my computer"?  Do you mean that aMule loses its connection to the server?  Or do you mean your whole computer loses its connection to the internet.

First, please make sure you have upgraded Tiger to 10.4.3.  There was a bug in versions 10.4.0 through 10.4.2 that caused aMule to lose its ability to accept network connections.

Next, make sure you aren't overwhelming your router.  Try decreasing the "Max. Connections" preference setting (Preferences -> Connection) and "Max. new connections / 5 sec" (in "Core Tweaks").

Lastly, it might be your ISP doing this.  Your ISP might be detecting that you are running a P2P program.  Or they might just be detecting the amount of bandwidth that you are using.  Either way, they might be disconnecting you.
