alltho I think you would have to compile it yourself since there is no amule-daemon for macOS provided

just mix those last two howtos a little and should do

I recently tried running amuled on OS X but it crashed reliably after 5-15 minutes. I posted the crash but so far nobody seems to have figured out what the problem is.
